SPII strengthens relationship with customers
NEW YORK - Focusing on its customers, Saudi Petroleum International, Inc. (SPII) selected the annual meeting of one of the nation’s largest trade associations representing fuel and petrochemical manufacturers to strengthen its customer relationships.
SPII conducted one-one-one customer meetings and held a well-attended reception to thank valued customers during the American Fuel & Petrochemical Manufacturers (AFPM) Annual Meeting held in San Diego, California, in March. “We were honored to have so many valued customers and industry associates attend as part of our continued efforts to build strong and lasting bonds with our North American customers,” said Ibrahim K. Naimi, president, SPII. Naimi also recognized the participation of Dawood M. Dawood, vice president, Marketing, Supply & Joint Venture Coordination, Saudi Aramco, who attended the meeting.
The AFPM is formerly known as the National Petrochemical & Refiners Association (NPRA). The new name is more reflective of the broad spectrum of high-tech American manufacturers representing the entire U.S. supply of gasoline, diesel, home heating oil, jet fuel and other fuels in addition to petrochemicals.
SPII provides crude and product marketing support services in the North American market for Saudi Aramco, delivering crude oil to refiners throughout the United States.
