Two specialists from Aramco Services Company are slated to participate in the upcoming 2013 Women’s Global Leadership Conference in Energy and Technology in Houston, which is a global gathering for women leaders to meet and discuss issues surrounding leadership in the energy industry.
Gretchen Gillis, a geological specialist at Aramco Services, will moderate the panel on “Professional Development Issues,” slated for Oct. 29 at 4 p.m. CST. Gillis serves on the organization’s board and helped design this year’s conference program.
Tamir Aggour, a petroleum engineering specialist at Aramco Services, will participate in a panel session titled “Recruitment and Training” on Oct. 30 at 1:40 p.m. CST.
Others from major energy companies – such as Halliburton, Schlumberger, Chevron, and Baker Hughes – will also participate in the conference.
The ninth annual conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel from Oct. 29-30.
